摘 要:在通信系统中,双工器是信道选择和信号分离的重要器件,其电气性能对整个系统而言至关重要。双工器需要满足低插入损耗,高隔离度,低回波损耗等性能要求。本文介绍1种S频段双工器的设计方法,基于现代设计、制造技术。该方法的优点是在保证电气指标的同时结构设计中成功减轻电气件重量,缩短了加工周期,满足高功率要求。In communication systems,the diplexer is an important device for channel selection and signal separation,and its electrical performance is very important for the whole system.The diplexer needs full performance requirements such as low insertion loss,high spacer degree and low echo loss.This paper introduces the design method of S band diplex,based on modern design and manufacturing technology,and the design scheme of welding machine.The advantages of the scheme are that the weight of the electrical parts is reduced successfully in the structural design,and the processing cycle is shortened to meet the highpower requirements.
