摘 要:传统的脊波导极化器通常由线切割整体加工内腔或焊接而成,当遇到脊波导极化器过大时,就需要尺寸更大的线切割机或焊接炉。但是可加工大尺寸的线切割机不一定每个地区都有,且加工费用通常较高,成本昂贵。因此,本文根据实际工程需要,设计了一种便于加工,节省材料且易于组装的脊波导极化器。Traditional ridge waveguide polarizers are usually made by wire cutting or welding the inner cavity as a whole.When encountering a ridge waveguide polarizer that is too large,a larger wire cutting machine or welding furnace is required.However,wire cutting machines that can process large sizes may not be available in every region,and the processing cost is usually high and expensive.Therefore,based on practical engineering needs,a ridge waveguide polarizer that is easy to process and assemble and can save mateial is designed in this article.
