突发耳聋伴眩晕银丹心脑通胶囊+糖皮质激素治疗后睡眠质量的观察

摘　　要：目的:探究银丹心脑通胶囊+糖皮质激素治疗突发耳聋伴眩晕对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年10月泉州东南医院收治的突发耳聋伴眩晕患者92例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组实施糖皮质激素治疗,观察组实施银丹心脑通胶囊+糖皮质激素治疗。观察血液流变学指标、临床疗效以及睡眠质量方面2组间差异。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率较对照组有大幅提高(P<0.05);观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数较对照组均有着大幅降低(均P<0.05);观察组PSQI各维度得分较对照组均有着大幅降低(均P<0.05)。结论:银丹心脑通胶囊+糖皮质激素治疗突发耳聋伴眩晕可取得理想疗效,改善血液流变学指标,提高睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule plus glucocorticoid on sleep quality in the treatment of sudden deafness accompanied by vertigo.Methods:A total of 92 cases of sudden deafness with vertigo diagnosed and treated in our hospital were included from October 2021 to October 2022.All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 46 cases each.The control group received glucocorticoid therapy,and the observation group received Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule plus glucocorticoid therapy.The differences of hemorheology,clinical efficacy and sleep quality between the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index in the observation group were significantly reduced(P s<0.05).Compared with the control group,the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly reduced(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule plus glucocorticoid can achieve ideal therapeutic effect on sudden deafness with vertigo,improve hemorheology index and improve sleep quality.
