摘　　要：目的:分析HFMEA模式护理对静脉输液港植入患者自护能力及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院血管通道护理专科门诊收治的静脉输液港植入患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理管理,观察组患者采用HFMEA模式护理。比较2组患者护理前后自护能力、睡眠质量和并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者自护能力情况明显优于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组,并发症低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:HFMEA模式护理能有效促进静脉输液港植入患者自护能力提升和睡眠质量改善,减少并发症的影响。Objective:To analyze the effects of healthcare failure mode and effects analysis(HFMEA)mode nursing on self-care ability and sleep quality of patients with intravenous infusion port implantation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with intravenous infusion port implantation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to their nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing management,and patients in the observation group were treated with HFMEA mode of nursing.Self-care ability,sleep quality and complication rate of the two groups were compared before and after cnursing.Results:The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the sleep quality score was lower than that of the control group,and the complications were lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).Conclusion:HFMEA nursing mode can effectively promote the improvement of self-care ability and sleep quality of patients with intravenous infusion port implantation,and reduce the influence of complications.
