维持性血液透析患者应用个体化运动疗法护理后对其负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究维持性血液透析患者应用个体化运动疗法护理后对其负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院血透二区收治的维持性血液透析患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者开展常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理基础上应用个体化运动疗法护理干预,并设置2组患者的负性情绪、睡眠质量、生命质量以及护理满意度等指标为评价标准。结果:护理后,观察组负性情绪指标评分较对照组低(P<0.05);护理后,观察组睡眠质量较对照组高(P<0.05);护理后,观察组生命质量水平较对照组高(P<0.05);护理后,观察组总满意率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对于维持性血液透析患者来说,应运用个体化运动疗法护理干预,这有助于提升患者的护理满意度与生命质量,对改善其负性情绪与睡眠质量具有积极影响。Objective:To study the impact of individualized exercise therapy nursing on negative emotions and sleep quality in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 70 maintenance hemodialysis patients who visited our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as observation subjects.These 70 maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into groups for intervention using a random number table method.Among them,35 patients were included in the control group for routine nursing intervention,while the other 35 patients were included in the observation group for individualized exercise therapy nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.And set negative emotions,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction as evaluation criteria for two groups of patients.Results:The evaluation results of negative emotions showed that the score of negative emotion indicators in the observation group was relatively low(P<0.05).The evaluation results of sleep quality showed that the observation group had better sleep quality(P<0.05).The evaluation results of quality of life showed that the observation group had a relatively high level of quality of life(P<0.05).The evaluation results of nursing satisfaction showed that the overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was relatively high(P<0.05).Conclusion:For maintenance hemodialysis patients,individualized exercise therapy nursing interventions should be used,which can help improve their nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and have a positive impact on improving negative emotions and sleep quality.
