摘　　要：乡村振兴示范村创建是天津市落实中央开展“百县千乡万村”乡村振兴示范创建任务的具体实践。本文在总结归纳天津市推进乡村振兴示范村创建主要做法基础上,依据广泛实地调研,按全市10个涉农区每个区各选1个取得初步成效的典型村,进行发展模式分析。结果表明:示范村创建过程中存在的规划方案的科学性需提升、产业融合发展不充分、要素制约瓶颈亟待破解、示范带动和可复制性任重道远等问题。为有利、有序、有效推进乡村振兴示范村创建工作,笔者提出4个方面的对策建议:科学规划布局,注重远近结合;培育特色产业,推进融合发展;破解要素瓶颈,夯实发展基础;加强示范带动,实现区域共富。The creation of rural revitalization demonstration villages is a specific practice of Tianjin city in implementing the central task of"100 counties,1000 townships,and 10000 villages"rural revitalization demonstration creation.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the main practices of promoting the creation of demonstration villages for rural revitalization in Tianjin,this article conducted a development model analysis based on extensive field research,selecting one typical village from each of the 10 agricultural districts in the city that had achieved initial results.The results showed that the scientificity of the planning schemes in the process of creating demonstration villages still needed to be improved,the development of industrial integration was insufficient,the bottleneck of factor constraints needed to be solved urgently,and there was a long way to go for demonstration driven and replicable development.To facilitate,organize,and effectively promote the construction of demonstration villages for rural revitalization,the author had put forward strategic suggestions in four aspects:scientifically planning and layout with emphasis on combining distant and near perspectives,nurturing distinctive industries to promote integrated development,overcoming bottleneck factors to solidify the foundation for development,strengthening demonstration-driven initiatives to achieve regional prosperity.
