摘　　要：2023年11月(2023年11月1日00:00至11月30日24:00),全国(不含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病2352301例,死亡2626例。其中,甲类传染病报告1例,为鼠疫病例,无死亡病例报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,除新型冠状病毒感染外,其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病309231例,较上月(305852例)上升1%,较去年同期(272901例)上升13%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、淋病和百日咳,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93%。报告死亡2625例,较上月(2499例)上升5%(126例),较去年同期(1870例)上升40%(755例)。In November 2023(from 00:00,1 November to 24:00,30 November),a total of 2352301 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2626 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,1 cases of plague was reported without death.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus,diphtheria and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 22 communicable diseases in class B,except COVID-19,a total of 309231 cases were reported,an increase of 1%compared with last month(305852 cases)and an increase of 13%compared with the same period in 2022(272901 cases).The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis,syphilis,pulmonary tuberculosis,gonorrhea and pertussis,accounting for 93%of the total reported cases in class B.A total of 2625 deaths were reported,an increase of 5%(126 deaths)compared with last month(2499 deaths)and an increase of 40%(755 deaths)compared with the same period in 2022(1870 deaths).
