摘  要:自1988年印度学者BANERJEE等在Ti_(3)Al-Nb的增韧研究中首次发现具备有序正交结构的Ti_(2)AlNb(O)相,基于O相命名的Ti_(2)AlNb基金属间化合物由于其出色的比强度、抗氧化性及优异的综合高温性能,逐渐进入人们的研究视野,并在航空航天领域热端部件展现出广阔的应用潜力。本文主要从组织结构调控、成分优化设计、制备加工工艺三个方面,结合国内外最近研究,对Ti_(2)AlNb合金进行综述与回顾,并提出Ti_(2)AlNb合金未来发展亟待解决的一些问题和展望。Since 1988,Indian scholar BANERJEE et al first discovered the Ti_(2AlNb) phase with an ordered orthogonal structure during their research on the toughening of Ti3Al-Nb.Ti_2AlNb-based intermetallic compounds,named after the Ti_(2AlNb) phase,have gradually gained attention in the research field due to their excellent specific strength,oxidation resistance,and comprehensive high-temperature properties.These compounds have shown significant potential for applications in the aerospace industry.In this paper,the Ti_(2AlNb) alloy was briefly reviewed from three aspects:structure control,composition optimization design,preparation,and processing technology.This review was based on recent research conducted both domestically and internationally,including the author's latest work on directional annealing.Additionally,some challenges and prospects for the future development of the Ti_(2AlNb) alloy are discussed.
