摘 要:苯甲羟肟酸是目前锡石浮选中应用最广泛的捕收剂之一,但其对矿浆酸碱度敏感、在矿物表面吸附效率低等缺点导致药剂浓度大。本文在苯甲羟肟酸浮选锡石试验中,通过添加少量非离子表面活性剂仲辛醇有效提高了锡石的浮选效果,降低了苯甲羟肟酸的浓度。通过吸附量测定、表面接触角测量以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析等方法探究了仲辛醇对苯甲羟肟酸浮选锡石的促进作用机理。结果表明:仲辛醇与苯甲羟肟酸通过氢键缔合共吸附于锡石表面,在提高苯甲羟肟酸吸附稳定性的同时,利用仲辛醇自身疏水性增强了锡石可浮性。将仲辛醇应用于湖南郴州某含锡尾矿再浮试验中,使锡回收率提高12%,表现出显著的促进作用。Benzohydroxamic acid is extensively used as a collector in cassiterite flotation,but its sensitivity to pulp pH and low adsorption efficiency result in a large dosage requirement.In this study,a small amount of nonionic surfactant,2-octanol,enhanced the flotation performance of cassiterite and reduced the dosage of benzohydroxamic acid in the micro-flotation tests.Adsorption experiments,surface contact angle measurements,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analyses were conducted to investigate the promotion mechanism of 2-octanolon cassiterite flotation with benzohydroxamic acid.The results indicate that 2-octanol and BHA can coadsorb on the surface of cassiterite through hydrogen bonding.This interaction improves the adsorption stability of BHA and enhances the floatability of cassiterite,attributable to the hydrophobic nature of 2-octanol.This method was implemented for the flotation recovery of tin-bearing tailings from Chenzhou,Hunan Province.It resulted in a significant 11.93% increase in tin recovery,thereby demonstrating the remarkable promotion effect of 2-octanol.
