摘 要:以改性腐殖土型红土镍矿作中和剂,在100 mL高压浸出溶液中添加25 g改性腐殖土型红土镍矿、中和反应时间60 min、中和反应温度40℃的条件下对褐铁型红土镍矿高压浸出液进行中和处理,高压浸出液中杂质铁、铝脱除率分别达到98.8%、96.8%,实现了铁、铝等杂质的高效脱除。采用高压酸浸工艺处理中和反应产物中和渣,在浸出温度250℃、浸出时间1 h、硫酸浓度1.2 mol/L、液固比8∶1(mL∶g)的条件下进行高压浸出,中和渣中镍、钴浸出率均达到98%。改性腐殖土型红土镍矿中和高压浸出液-中和渣高压酸浸工艺全流程的镍、钴回收率分别达99.5%、96.8%,实现了物料中镍、钴的高效回收,以及中和反应过程的“零排放”。所开发工艺物料利用率高、环境效益显著、普适性强,符合当前镍、钴金属湿法生产的工艺需求,应用前景广阔。The high pressure leaching solution of limonite laterite nickel ore was neutralized with modified saprolite as neutralizer under the conditions of adding modified saprolite 25 g into 100 mL high-pressure leaching solution of limonite laterite nickel ore,neutralization time 60 min and neutralization temperature 40 ℃.The removal rates of iron and aluminum impurities in the high pressure leaching solution reach 98.8% and 96.8%,which realized the efficient removal of iron,aluminum and other impurities.The neutralization reaction product neutralization slag is treated by high pressure acid leaching process.Under the conditions of leaching temperature 250 ℃,leaching time 1 h,sulfuric acid concentration 1.2 mol/L and liquid-solid ratio 8∶1(mL∶g),the leaching rate of nickel and cobalt in neutralization slag reached 98%.The recovery rates of nickel and cobalt in the whole process of neutralization high pressure leaching solution-neutralization slag high pressure acid leaching process of modified saprolite reach 99.5% and 96.8%,which realize that the efficient recovery of nickel and cobalt in the material and the 'zero emission' of neutralization process.The developed process has high material utilization rate,significant environmental benefits and strong universality,which meets the current process requirements of nickel and cobalt metal wet production and has broad application prospects.
