太湖流域洪水与水量调度方案修订的认识与思考

摘　　要：太湖流域经济社会的快速发展对流域调度工作提出新的更高要求。回顾了《太湖流域洪水与水量调度方案》实施以来流域防洪与水量调度的实践,总结分析了方案修订背景、总体考虑以及修订的主要内容,并作出展望与思考。The rapid economic and social development of the Taihu Lake Basin puts forward new and higher requirements on basin schedule.By reviewing the practice of flood control and water quantity allocation in the basin since the implementation of the Plan of Flood and Water Quantity Allocation in the Taihu Lake Basin,this paper summarizes and analyzes the background,overall consideration and main contents of the plan revision,and makes prospects and reflections.
