摘 要:按照智慧水利建设“需求牵引、应用至上、数字赋能、提升能力”总要求,南水北调工程运行管理部门以满足泵站调水工程“提升效率、降低成本、水质保障、安全运行”的应用需求为目标,积极推进以GIS+OSGB+BIM技术结合UE4引擎渲染构建模型为支持的全景数字孪生南水北调泵站工程研究,并融合仿真驱动、交互推演,形成“诊断预报、分级预警、调度预演、多模预案”的调水工程“四预”体系应用框架,推进搭建全时空映射、全场景感知、全业务融合、全天候运用的模拟和前置推演仿真数字孪生调度平台,为推动实现调水工程现代化高质量发展目标提供技术支撑。In accordance with the comprehensive requirements of the“demand-driven,application-oriented,digital empowerment,and capacity improvement”principles of smart water conservancy construction,the operational management department of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project targets the application needs of the pumping station water diversion project,aiming to“improve efficiency,reduce costs,ensure water quality,and operate safely”.This study actively promotes the research on the panoramic digital twin pumping station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,supported by a model based on GIS+OSGB+BIM technology combined with UE4 engine rendering.The study integrates simulation-driven interactive deduction,forming a“four pre”system application framework for water diversion projects,encompassing“diagnosis forecast,hierarchical warning,dispatch rehearsal,and multi-mode plan”,and establishing a simulation and pre-production digital twin dispatching platform with full-time and spatial mapping,complete scenario awareness,comprehensive service integration,and all-weather application,aiming to provide technical support to realize the modern high-quality development goals of water diversion projects.
