湿疹皮炎中葡萄球菌及对常用抗生素耐药性状况与硝酸益康唑/曲安奈德霜治疗的观察

摘　　要：为了探讨湿疹皮炎中金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)及其它葡萄球菌定殖或感染,以及对某些常用外用抗生素敏感性,对149例湿疹皮炎类皮肤病患者的皮损进行细菌分离,并对分离出的125株葡萄球菌进行6种抗生素的药敏试验。临床上同时使用硝酸益康唑/曲安奈德霜治疗,观察疗效。结果149例患者有121例查出细菌,共有135株菌,其中金葡菌58株(42.96%)等。细菌对抗生素的敏感率以利福平最高(82.4%)。硝酸益康唑/曲安奈德霜治疗,3周内痊愈率88.6%。比较带金葡菌者与未带金葡菌者的疗效,两组结果无显著性差异。本研究显示湿疹皮炎类皮肤病皮损中带菌率高,疾病与细菌可能有重要关系。治疗这类疾病时,合用敏感性高的抗菌药物很有帮助。In order to survey the colonization or infection of Staphylococci,i.e.staphylococcus aureus in eczema and dermatitis,and investigate the sensitivity of some antibiotic agents which often be topically used to treat bacteria skin infection,cultures were obtained from skin lesions.Susceptibility tests with6sorts of antibiotic agents on125Staphylococci isolated from the le-sions of149patients with eczema and dermatitis were performed.Meanwhile patients were clinically treated with pevisone cream for3weeks.The results showed135bacteria isolates were found out in121cases,included58S.aureus isolates(42.96%).The sensitivity rate of those local bacteria to Rifampicin was the highest (82.4%)than to other5antibiotic agents.The general cure rate was88.6%after3weeks Pevisone cream treatment.To compare the curative effect between the patients with S.aureus and those without,two groups all got excellent response.It strongly suggests that the bacteria play an important role in the immunologic pathogenesis of eczema and dermatitis for Staphylococcal colonization in the lesions is very high.It may be beneficial for treatment these skin diseases with high sensitivity antimicrobials associated with steroids agents.
