摘　　要：自2012年获得美国食品和药物管理局批准上市以来,吡仑帕奈的抗癫痫疗效和安全性已在50多个国家得到证实,但其所致的不良反应不容忽视。吡仑帕奈常见不良反应有头晕、嗜睡、精神和行为反应、共济失调、体重增加和鼻咽炎;此外,还有自杀风险、皮疹、血小板减少和泌尿系统不良反应的报道。Since being approved by United States Food and Drug Administration in 2012,the antiepileptic efficacy and safety of pirenpamil have been confirmed in more than 50 countries,but its adverse reactions cannot be ignored.The common adverse reactions of perampanel include dizziness,drowsiness,mental and behavioral reactions,ataxia,weight gain,and nasopharyngitis.In addition,suicide risk,rash,thrombocytopenia,and adverse reactions of urinary system were also reported.
