摘 要:为了研究中国服装企业数字化转型水平,从组织变革能力、技术变革能力和业务变革能力3个维度构建了服装企业数字化成熟度测度模型,采用熵权(EM)-TOPSIS评价法,基于2018—2021年中国24家服装上市企业数据,测算服装企业数字化成熟度,结合K-means聚类划分成熟度等级,同时分析24家服装上市企业2018—2021年总体转型情况。结果表明:中国服装上市企业数字化成熟度差异较大,在指标维度上具有集聚效应,可以划分出3个成熟度等级:初始级、成长级、引领级。中国服装企业数字化成熟度在4年时间里处于上升趋势,但整体水平不高。最后,从组织变革、技术变革和业务变革3个方面提出相关建议。In order to study the level of digital transformation of Chinese clothing enterprises,a digital maturity measurement model of clothing enterprises was constructed from three dimensions of organizational change ability,technological change ability and business change ability.Based on the report data of 24 domestic clothing listed enterprises in 2018-2021,the entropy weight(EM)-TOPSIS evaluation method was used to measure the digital maturity,and the maturity level was divided by K-means clustering,at the same time,the overall transformation of 24 clothing listed companies in 2018-2021 was analyzed.The results show that there is significant different in the digital maturity of Chinese clothing listed enterprises,and there is a clustering effect on the indicator dimension.It can be divided into three maturity levels:initial level,growth level and leading level.The digital maturity of Chinese clothing enterprises has been on the rise in the past four years,but the overall level is not high.Finally,relevant suggestions are proposed from three aspects:organizational change,technological change,and business change.
