摘  要:医用放射性同位素可用于诊断、治疗疾病。随着国家的重视与人民的渴望,医用放射性同位素生产领域将迎来快速发展时期,本研究对医用放射性同位素的生产方式进行总结,着重介绍99Mo、125I、131I、177Lu、89Sr、18F、68Ga、225Ac等医用同位素制备方法和发展情况,结合2021年国家八部委联合发布的《医用同位素中长期发展规划(2021—2035年)》,对国内放射性医用同位素的现状进行总结。Medical radioactive isotopes can be used for diagnosis,treatment of diseases,and production of radiopharmaceuticals.With the attention of the country and the desire of the people,the field of medical radioactive isotope production will soon enter a period of rapid development.This article summarizes the production methods of medical radioactive isotopes and divides them into three categories:reactor,accelerator,and other methods.It focuses on the preparation methods and development status of medical isotopes such as 99 Mo,125 I,131 I,177 Lu,89 Sr,18 F,68 Ga,and 225 Ac.Combining with the“Medium-to-Long-Term Development Plan for Medical Isotopes(2021-2035)”jointly published by eight ministries and commissions in 2021,this article provides a certain degree of summary of the current situation of domestic radioactive medical isotopes.It can provide researchers with development ideas for a period of time in the future and propose certain development trends and prospects based on the current development situation.
