摘 要:经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)较传统外科开胸手术创伤小、预后好。但TAVR手术无法直视主动脉根部的全貌,我们利用心血管3D打印技术,对患者主动脉根部进行1∶1的三维重建并3D打印,根据3D打印主动脉根部模型可直观清楚了解患者主动脉根部的具体解剖结构,并且术前可以利用模型进行体外模拟以预判TAVR可能的并发症,对TAVR手术进行个性化辅助指导以合理的规划手术,术后利用3D打印可了解支架的深度、形态及分布等情况。心血管3D打印技术辅助指导TAVR手术已取得显著成效,有着广泛的应用前景。Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)causes less trauma and leads to better prognosis than traditional thoracotomy.However,as surgeons cannot observe the full view of the aortic root during the TAVR surgery,cardiovascular 3D printing is used to perform 1∶13D reconstruction and printing.The 3D printed aortic root model may intuitively and clearly show the specific anatomical structures of the patient.In addition,the model may be used for simulations on the bench test before TAVR to predict the possible complications and personalized auxiliary guidance may be provided for better TAVR plan.Postoperative 3D printing may be used for better understanding of the depth,shape and distribution of the stent.Cardiovascular 3D printing has achieved remarkable results in TAVR and has a wide application prospect.
