外部环境和创新网络对医院创新的驱动——基于31个省市的模糊集定性比较分析

摘　　要：医院的创新发展对于我国建设健康中国具有重要的现实意义。通过组态视角对医院创新环境进行整合,构建出嵌入外部环境的创新网络分析框架,运用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA)分析了中国31个省市的医院创新的影响因素和复杂机制。通过研究发现,单一的外部环境和创新网络都不是促进医院创新的必要条件;存在4条推动医院创新的路径,概括为“政府引导型”“竞争引导型”和“需求引导型”三种类型,这些组态都能促进医院创新;政府支持和创新网络的联动匹配可以推动医院创新,若不存在政府支持的情况下,市场环境和创新网络的联动匹配也能引发同样的结果。在理论上,研究在创新问题中考虑创新网络的同时注意到外部环境的重要作用,在实践上,为我国各地区医院的创新发展提供了一定参考和启示。The innovative development of medical industry is of great practical significance for the construction of healthy China.By integrating the medical industry innovation environment from the perspective of configuration,an innovation network analysis framework embedded in the external environment was constructed.The influencing factors and complex mechanisms of medical industry innovation in 31 provinces in China were analyzed by using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The single external environment and innovation network are not the necessary conditions to promote the innovation of hospital.There are four ways to promote hospital innovation,which are generally classified as"government-guided","competition-guided"and"demand-guided".All these configurations can promote hospital innovation.The linkage and matching of government support and innovation network can promote the innovation of the hospital.If there is no government support,the linkage and matching of market environment and innovation network can also lead to the same result.In theory,the research not only considers the innovation network in the innovation problems but also pays attention to the important role of external environment,in practice,provides a certain reference and enlightenment for the innovation and development of our regional hospital.
