摘 要:目的从医护人员视角了解和总结国家区域医疗中心建设问题与经验,为国家区域医疗中心健康发展提供参考。方法采用解释现象学研究方法,对海南和山东3所国家区域医疗中心的29名医护人员进行访谈。结果共提炼出政策因素、人员流动因素、差异因素、技术拓展因素、组织管理因素5个主题和13个子主题。结论国家区域医疗中心医护人员面临全新机遇与挑战。需完善人员流动形式,优化人力资源配置;消减差异影响,提升医疗同质化水平;准确把握辐射区域医疗需求,建立“输血+造血”长效机制。Objective To understand and summarize the problems and experiences in the construction of national regional medical centers from the perspective of medical personnel,and to provide reference for the development of national regional medical centers.Methods A total of 29 medical staff from 3 national regional medical centers in Hainan and Shandong were interviewed by the method of interpretive phenomenology.Results A total of 5 themes including policy factor,personnel flow factor,difference factor,technology expansion factor,organizational management factor and 13 subordinate themes were extracted.Conclusion Medical staff in national regional medical centers face new opportunities and challenges.It is necessary to improve the form of personnel flow and optimize the allocation of human resources,reduce the impact of differences and improve the level of medical homogenization,accurately grasp the medical needs of radiation areas,and establish a long-term mechanism of"blood transfusion and hematopoiesis".
