摘　　要：在健康中国建设的关键时期,国家卫生健康委员会发布了一系列文件,旨在全面提升医疗质量并改善患者体验。医院感染预防与控制是保证医疗质量的基础和重要措施,护理管理者应提升认识,发挥其领导力,推动护理人员落实感控措施,在降低导管相关感染、手术部位感染等方面取得成效,提升护理专业影响力和价值。In the critical period to build a healthy China,the National Health Commission issued a series of documents aimed at comprehensively improving medical quality and patient satisfaction as well as their experience.Infection prevention and control is both fundamental and important to ensure medical quality.Nursing managers should enhance their awareness and make the best of their leadership to encourage nurses to engage in the work of infection prevention and control so that infections like catheter-associated infection and surgical site infection could be reduced and the influence and value of nursing be enhanced.
