摘　　要：盆底肌训练在直肠癌患者低位前切除综合征的预防和治疗中取得了初步效果。文章对盆底肌训练在直肠癌患者保肛术后低位前切除综合征中应用的现状及影响因素和现有研究的不足及展望等进行综述,以期为直肠癌患者盆底肌训练方案的实施提供实践参考。As is known to all,initial achievement has been obtained when Pelvic Floor Muscle Training is applied to the prevention and treatment of low anterior excision syndrome in patients with rectal cancer.Therefore,this paper aims to review the application and influencing factors of Pelvic Floor Muscle Training in the low anterior resection syndrome of patients with rectal cancer after sphincter-saving surgery,and to explore and analyze the shortcomings and prospects of existing studies in the hope of providing references for the implementation of Pelvic Floor Muscle Training programs for patients with rectal cancer in the future.
