摘　　要：心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者的长期抗凝管理对于患者的生命安全、生活质量等至关重要。文章对抗凝监测指标及护士主导的抗凝管理形式等进行综述,以期为临床护士开展机械瓣膜置换术后患者抗凝管理提供参考和依据。The long-term anticoagulation management for patients receiving cardiac mechanical valve replacement is crucial for their safety and life quality.This paper reviews the monitoring indexes of anticoagulation,current situation of anticoagulation management and the forms of anticoagulant management so as to provide reference for clinical nurses to carry out anticoagulation management after mechanical valve replacement.
