摘　　要：社会信用制度是市场经济基础制度。从构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制、建设现代化产业体系、推进乡村振兴、促进区域协调发展、推进高水平对外开放这五个方面思考高质量发展所需的社会信用制度支撑,并对如何完善社会信用制度提出具体建议。Social credit system is the basic system of market economy.The article explores the support of social credit system needed for high-quality development from five aspects:building a high-level socialist market economic system,constructing a modernized industrial system,promoting rural revitalization,fostering coordinated regional development,and advancing high-level opening-up,and puts forward specific suggestions on how to improve the social credit system.
