摘 要:某1000MW核电半速汽轮机采用低压内缸单独落地,由于低压内缸尺寸大、重量重、刚性低、结构复杂,受到自身重力的影响在组装过程中会产生一定的变形,从而改变其动静间隙,尤其是垂直方向的动静间隙。汽轮机动静间隙的变化不仅会影响机组的热效率,还可能导致机组动静部分发生碰磨,影响机组的安全运行。为在机组检修期间准确获得低压缸内部通流间隙值,通过创建该1000MW核电汽轮机低压内缸模型,对汽缸组装过程的变形进行了数值计算,利用低压内缸在不同状态下的相对变形量分析得到汽缸内部动静间隙的变化,同时现场对低压内缸垂直方向变形量数据、半缸与全缸状态间隙数据的收集和整理,对比分析建模计算数据及现场检修组装数据。A 1000MW nuclear power half-speed steam turbine adopts the structure of low-pressure inner cylinder independent landing,and the low-pressure outer cylinder is rigidly-connected with the condenser.due to its large size,heavy weight,low rigidity and complex structure of the LP inner cylinder.Under the influence of their own gravity,they will undergo certain deformations in installation process,thereby changing seal clearance of steam passage.especially the seal clearance in the vertical direction.The change of the clearance will not only affect the thermal efficiency of the unit,but may also cause friction between the static and dynamic parts,which will affect the operation of the unit.In order to accurately obtain the internal clearance value of the LP cylinder during the maintenance of the unit.By establishing a high and intermediate pressure casing model of a 1000MW nuclear steam turbine,the deformation in installation process is numerically calculated,and the change of seal clearance is obtained by analyzing the relative deformation of the casing under different conditions.At the same time,the vertical deformation data of the LP inner cylinder,the half-cylinder and the full-cylinder state clearance data were collected and sorted out,and the modeling calculation data and assembly data were compared and analyzed.
