超临界二氧化碳迷宫密封泄漏和动力特性分析与比较

摘  要:建立迷宫密封三维CFD计算模型,模拟超临界CO_(2)的流动,分析超临界CO_(2)迷宫密封的泄漏和动力特性,并与理想气体迷宫密封进行对比。结果表明:相比于理想气体,超临界CO_(2)的密度增加而轴向速度降低,但密度增加的幅度大于轴向速度降低的幅度,使得超临界CO_(2)迷宫密封的泄漏量比理想气体迷宫密封大21%左右。相比于理想气体迷宫密封,低速涡动时超临界CO_(2)迷宫密封具有更大的切向力,稳定性较低;高速涡动时超临界CO_(2)迷宫密封具有更小的切向力,稳定性较高。The three-dimensional CFD calculation model of the labyrinth seal is established.The supercritical carbon dioxide flow in the labyrinth seal is simulated.The leakage and dynamic characteristics of the supercritical carbon dioxide labyrinth seal are analysed and compared with those of the ideal gas labyrinth seal.Results show that the density of supercritical carbon dioxide is larger while the axial velocity is lower when compared with the ideal gas.But the increase in the density is larger than the decrease in the axial velocity.This leads to that the supercritical carbon dioxide labyrinth seal increases the leakage by 21%when compared with the ideal gas labyrinth seal.Compared with the ideal gas labyrinth seal,the supercritical carbon dioxide labyrinth seal at low whirl speed has the larger tangential force and worse stability,while the supercritical carbon dioxide labyrinth seal at high whirl speedhas the smaller tangential force and better stability.
