摘　　要：蜡染是我国西南少数民族地区的传统防染工艺,在当地民众的日常生活中扮演着重要角色,其制作工艺相当成熟。蜡染染色属于低温型染色工艺,但现有的染料多为高温型,阻碍了蜡染工艺的革新。通过对传统蜡染工艺的梳理,根据低温活性染料的特性,使用低温活性染料直接绘制图案,即先绘制主体图案,对主体图案进行上色,再对上色图案进行封蜡,再次染色的工艺流程,得到了全新的制作彩色蜡染的方法。多年的反复试验证明这一方法具有可行性,且能创作出有很强绘画艺术效果的蜡染作品。通过革新蜡染工艺,不仅保留了传统蜡染工艺,而且提升了蜡染工艺的多样性,丰富了蜡染工艺的艺术特色。Batik as a traditional resistant-dyeing process in the minority areas of southwest China plays an important role in the local communities,and its production process is quite mature.Batik dyeing is a low-temperature dyeing process,and the existing dyes are mostly high-temperature dyes,which hinders the innovation of the process.By combing the traditional batik process,according to the characteristics of low-temperature dyes,the article uses low-temperature reactive dyes to directly draw patterns,that is,first draw the main pattern,dye the main pattern,then seal the dyed pattern with wax,and dye it again.Then,a brand-new process method for producing multi-color batik is obtained.Through years of constantly experimentation,research has proved that its method is accessible and can create batik works with strong artistic effect of painting.Through the innovation of batik craftsmanship,while retaining traditional batik craftsmanship,it enhances the diversity of its crafts and enriches its artistic characteristics.
