肌内效贴联合常规康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫恢复期31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肌内效贴联合常规康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫恢复期的临床疗效。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者采用计算机分组法随机分为对照组29例、治疗组31例,对照组予常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合肌内效贴贴扎,治疗1个月后比较2组治疗前后的血液流变学指标(血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原水平),屈指浅肌、伸指肌表面肌电水平,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)量表评分。结果治疗后2组血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原水平明显降低,屈指浅肌、伸指肌表面肌电水平及FMA量表评分明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合常规康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者疗效显著,可明显改善患者的血液流变学指标、表面肌电水平及上肢运动功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of kinesio taping combined with routine rehabilitation training in the treatment of convalescent hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 60 patients with convalescent hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into control group(29 cases)and treatment group(31 cases)by computer grouping method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was given kinesio tapping on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,hemorheology indexes(plasma viscosity and fibrinogen level),the surface electromyographic level of flexor digitorum superficialis and extensor digitorum muscle,and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scale score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels were significantly decreased,and the surface electromyographic level of flexor digitorum superficialis and extensor digitorum muscle,and FMA scale score were significantly increased in 2 groups,with statistical significance compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group,with statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kinesio taping combined with routine rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of hemiplegia patients in the convalescent stage of stroke,and can significantly improve the hemorheology index,surface electromyographic level and upper limb motor function of patients.
