连翘药用品种及其部位本草考证

摘　　要：通过查阅历代本草及医书典籍,结合现代文献资料,对本草中连翘的名称、产地、性状、品种及药用部位进行梳理。经考证,连翘曾被命名为异翘、三廉、旱莲子、枳等,产地由山西太山扩大至四川北部及江南各地。连翘的药用品种于唐宋时期发生转变,由金丝桃科植物黄海棠Hypericum ascyron L.(小连翘)转变为木犀科植物连翘Forsythia suspense(Thunb.) Vahl(大连翘),并延续至今。药用部位汉代主要使用全草或根,晋代以后多使用果实,茎叶和种子(心)亦有记载,不同部位,功效本同末异,连翘根偏于下热气,连翘茎叶可治心肺积热,连翘心偏于清心火。通过梳理,为连翘的基原及其非药用部位开发提供本草学依据。By referring to the ancient herbal and medical books and classics,combined with modern literature data,this paper analyzes the name,origin and characters in ancient herbal works and modern literature.According to the research,Forsythiae Fructus has been named Yiqiao,Sanlian,Hanlianzi and Zhi etc.Its origin has expanded from Mount Tai,Shanxi to northern Sichuan and the south of the Yangtze River.The varieties of Forsythiae Fructus began to change in the Tang and Song dynasties,from Hypericum ascyron L.to Forsythia suspense(Thunb.)Vahl And the fruit of Forsythia suspense(Thunb.)Vahl.continues to be used now.In addition to the variety changes,it was recorded that the main medicinal parts had been the whole grass or root from the Han Dynasty,the fruit was mostly used after the Jin Dynasty,and the stem and leaf and seed were also recorded.The effects of different parts are not exactly the same.The root is conducive to removing heat,the stem and leaf is favorable for treating heart and lung heat accumulation,and the seed can help to eliminate heart fire.By reviewing the literature,this paper provides a herbal basis for the development of the basic source and non medicinal parts of Forsythiae Fructus.
