摘　　要：大株红景天注射液及其有效成分红景天苷在心血管疾病的防治方面具有显著效果,其机制可能与抗心律失常,抗心脏毒性,抗心肌损伤,抗动脉粥样硬化,抗“血瘀证”,抗糖尿病心血管疾病,抗心肌肥厚等多重药理作用有关。文章对大株红景天注射液及红景天苷关于心血管疾病的作用机制进行综述,以期推动大株红景天注射液及红景天苷在心血管疾病防治中的机制研究及临床用药。Rhodiola wallichiana var.cholaensis injection and salidroside,the injection'seffective component,have significant effects on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and its mechanism may be related to anti-arrhythmia,anti-cardiotoxicity,anti-myocardial damage,anti-atherosclerosis,anti-blood-stasissyndrome,anti-diabetic-cardiovascular disease,anti-myocardial hypertrophy and other pharmacological effects.This paper reviews the mechanism of action of Rhodiola wallichiana var.cholaensis injection and salidroside on cardiovascular diseases,in order to promote the mechanism research and clinical use of Rhodiola wallichiana var.cholaensis injection and salidroside in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
