氯前列烯醇(PGF2a)诱导母猪同期分娩的效果研究

摘　　要：试验旨在研究氯前列烯醇(PGF2a)诱导母猪同期分娩的效果。试验选择2~5胎、健康、体况良好、妊娠113~114 d的长白母猪112头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复14头母猪。试验组在长白母猪预产期113~114 d注射PGF2a,对照组母猪自然分娩,不注射药物。结果显示,试验组母猪仅在3 d内全部完成分娩,而对照组持续了10 d。试验组母猪白天分娩率为53.51%,对照组母猪白天分娩率为26.79%,试验组比对照组提高了99.74%(P<0.05)。试验组的产活仔数、死胎数、木乃伊数、产程与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05),但仔猪断奶窝重、平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,使用PGF2a诱导母猪分娩能够使母猪在白天进行集中分娩,缩短分娩持续时间,减少非生产天数,还能够促进仔猪的生长发育速度,缩短断奶天数。The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of PGF2a on inducing simultaneous delivery of sows.A total of 112 Landrace sows were randomly divided into two groups with four replicates in each group and 14 sows in each replicate.The sows in experimental group injected PGF2a on 113~114 d of the expected perinatal period,while sows in control group underwent natural delivery without injection.The results showed that sows in the experimental group completed full delivery within only 3 d,while the control group lasted for 10 d.The daytime delivery rate of sows in the experimental group was 53.51%,and that in the control group was 26.79%,and the daytime delivery rate in the experimental group was 99.74% higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,there were no significant differences in the number of live births,number of stillbirths,number of mummies and labor course in the experimental group(P>0.05),but the weaning litter weight and average daily gain of piglets in the experimental group were extremely higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The study indicates that using PGF2a to induce sow delivery can enable sows to perform centralized delivery during the day,shorten the duration of delivery,reduce non-productive days,promote the growth and development rate of piglets,and shorten the weaning days.
