泰拉霉素注射液对自然感染猪呼吸道疾病的治疗效果

摘　　要：试验旨在考察泰拉霉素注射液治疗自然感染猪呼吸道疾病的有效性和安全性,为临床合理用药提供参考。在发生呼吸道疾病的某规模化猪场按标准遴选120头患病猪,随机分成2组(每组60头猪),两组试验猪分别注射受试及对照泰拉霉素注射液,用药1次,给药剂量均为2.5 mg/kg。试验期11 d。结果显示:泰拉霉素注射液治疗自然感染呼吸道疾病的试验猪效果良好,用药后试验猪鼻腔定植的胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、副猪嗜血杆菌等病原菌可被及时清除;发热、呼吸困难、精神沉郁、食欲不振等症状可获得快速、持续改善直至消除;试验第11 d,试验猪的治愈率超过75%,有效率超过95%,且未见不良反应。研究表明,受试泰拉霉素注射液用于治疗猪呼吸道疾病安全、有效,可在临床中可推广应用。The purpose of the study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of tulathromycin injection in the treatment of naturally infected swine respiratory diseases,and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.In a large-scale pig farm with respiratory diseases,120 infected pigs were selected according to the standard and randomly divided into the two groups(with 60 pigs in each group).The experimental pigs of two groups were respectively injected with tulathromycin injection and control injection once,and the dose was 2.5 mg/kg.The experiment lasted for 11 days.The results showed that tulathromycin injection had a good effect on the experimental pigs with natural respiratory diseases,and the pathogenic bacteria such as Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,Pasteulosis multocida and Haemophilus parasuis colonized in the nasal cavity of the experimental pigs could be eliminated in time.Fever,dyspnea,depression,loss of appetite and other symptoms can be rapidly and continuously improved until eliminated.On the 11th day of the experiment,the cure rate of the experimental pigs exceeded 75%,the effective rate exceeded 95%,and no adverse reactions were observed.The study indicates that the tested tulathromycin injection is safe and effective in the treatment of swine respiratory diseases,and can be widely use in clinical practice.
