摘　　要：苦参碱类生物碱是一种具有生物活性的含氮有机化合物。苦参碱类生物碱毒副作用小,药用资源丰富,制成的抗炎药物已在动物临床诊疗中得到了广泛应用。为更好地治疗动物炎症性疾病,文章就近年来苦参碱类生物碱抗炎活性的应用及研究进展进行论述,为苦参碱类生物碱在畜牧生产中的临床应用推广提供参考。Matrine alkaloid is a kind of nitrogenous organic compound with biological activity.Matrine alkaloids have little side effect and abundant medicinal resources.Anti-inflammatory drugs made from matrine alkaloids have been widely used in animal clinical diagnosis and treatment.In order to better treat inflammatory diseases in animals,the application and research progress of matrine alkaloids anti-inflammatory activity in recent years were reviewed in the paper,which provided a reference for the clinical application and promotion of matrine alkaloids in animal production.
