互联网普及对居民医疗保健支出的影响研究——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：目的:互联网技术迅速发展影响了人们就医方式与就医行为,文章基于互联网发展现状,深入挖掘其普及程度对居民医疗保健支出的影响机制与作用,依据二者内在联系,针对性提出互联网与医疗卫生领域相互促进、协调发展的有益建议。方法:基于2014~2020年我国31个省份的面板数据,运用stata14.0软件分析互联网普及程度与居民医疗保健支出的影响机制。结果:互联网普及对居民医疗保健支出具有抑制作用,政府行为对居民医疗保健支出有显著影响,人口结构、医疗技术水平和自然环境对居民医疗保健支出有显著正向影响。建议:促进互联网技术与医疗深度融合,严格行业准入标准,发挥医保优势,实现全周期健康管理,以提高居民整体健康水平。Objective To deeply explore the influence mechanism of Internet popularity on residents'medical and health care expenditure,and put forward suggestions on the mutual promotion and coordinated development of Internet and medical and health fields according to their internal relationship.Methods Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2014 to 2020,Sta-tal4.O software was used to analyze the impact mechanism of Internet popularity on residents healthcare expenditure.Results The popularization of Internet has an inhibitory ffect on residents health care expenditure.The government behavior has a significant impact on residents'health care expenditure,and population structure,medical technology level and natural environment have a significantly positive impact on residentshealth care expenditure.Conclusion It is suggested to promote the deep integration of In-ternet technology and medical care,strictly implement industry access standards,give full play to the advantages of medical insur-ance,and achieve full cycle health management to improve the overall health level of residents.
