老龄化视域下西北农村互助养老需求及影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：目的:了解西北农村地区老年人互助养老需求及其影响因素,为农村互助养老长效发展提供策略和方案。方法:采用自制问卷对西北五省农村60岁以上老年人进行抽样调查。共发放问卷2800份,回收有效问卷2454份,有效回收率87.6%。提出研究假设,建立模型,采用分步Logistic回归分析数据。结果:年龄、身体机能、婚姻状况、居住方式、收入、社会网络关系、互助设施适老程度均对老年人互助养老产生显著影响。结论:老年人对养老服务需求是一种刚性需求,且多样化、个性化、复杂化。由此建议发展农村互助养老应精准、动态评估老人内生需求,建立需求评估机制;以村庄为本位,补齐农村养老短板,建立因地制宜、因人制宜的农村互助养老网络,完善农村互助养体系,提倡一村一策略,一人一方案养老模式,为西北农村互助养老可持续发展提供可行路径。Objective To understand the needs of mutual assistance for the elderly in northwest rural areas and its influencing factors,and provide strategies and programs for the long-term development of rural mutual assistance for the elderly.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a sampling survey among the elderly over 60 years old in rural areas of five prov-inces in northwest China.The model was established,and the data were analyzed by stepwise Logistic regression.Results Age,physical function,marital status,living style,income,social network relationship and the degree of mutual aid facilities had sig-nificant effects on their mutual support.Conclusion The demand of the elderly for pension service is a rigid demand,which is di-versified,personalized and complex.Therefore,it is suggested to accurately and dynamically assess the endogenous needs of the elderly in rural areas and establish a mechanism for needs assessment,establish a rural mutual support network to suit local condi-tions and individual conditions,improve the rural mutual support system,advocate a village-by-village strategy and a one-per-son-one-plan model of providing for the aged,which can provide a feasible path for the sustainable development of mutual as-sistance for the aged in northwest rural areas.
