摘　　要：手烧伤在临床中较为常见,创面愈合后瘢痕导致手功能严重受损,影响患者的生活质量。延续性康复护理是在手烧伤患者出院后对其康复护理进行指导,以改善手部外观和功能,提高患者生活质量。本文就成年手烧伤患者延续性康复护理现状、居家延续性康复护理内容及随访方式进行综述。Hand burns are more common in clinical practice.Scar after wound healing leads to serious impairment of hand function and affects the quality of life of patients.Continuous rehabilitation nursing provides guidance on rehabilitation care for hand burns patients after discharge,in order to improve the appearance and function of hands,and enhance the quality of life.The present situation,contents and followup methods of continuous rehabilitation care for adult patients with hand burns were reviewed in this paper.
