摘 要:目的探究SSX1在卵巢癌(OV)中的表达水平、预后价值及与免疫细胞浸润的相关性。方法基于癌症基因组图谱数据库(TCGA)、基因型组织表达(GTEx)数据库分析SSX1 mRNA在卵巢癌组织及正常卵巢组织中的表达差异。利用Kaplan-Meier(KM)plotter及COX回归评估SSX1在卵巢癌中的预后价值,利用TIMER2.0网站分析SSX1与卵巢癌患者免疫细胞浸润的相关性。结果SSX1 mRNA在卵巢癌的表达水平明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.01);Kaplan-Meier plotter和COX回归模型分析显示高表达SSX1与OV患者预后不良存在相关性(P=0.0013),且SSX1高表达是OV患者预后的独立危险因素。免疫浸润结果显示,SSX1表达与多种免疫浸润细胞呈负相关。结论通过生物信息学的数据挖掘发现SSX1在OV中高表达,且与OV患者的预后及免疫细胞浸润存在相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression level changes,prognostic value and immune cell infiltration of SSX1 in ovarian cancer.Methods The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and the Genotype-Tissue Expression(GTEx)were served as data resources.Wilcoxon rank test was performed to evaluate the expression difference of the SSX1 between cancer tissues and normal tissues.Kaplan-Meier plotter and Cox regression were used for prognosis evaluation.The Tumor IMmune Estimation Resource website was used to analyze the relationship between SSX1 and immune cell infiltration in OV.Results The expression level of SSX1 mRNA in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue(P<0.01);Kaplan Meier plot and COX regression model analysis showed that high expression of SSX1 was associated with poor prognosis in OV patients(P=0.0013),and high expression of SSX1 was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of OV patients.The results of immune infiltration showed that the expression of SSX1 was negatively correlated with various immune infiltrating cells.Conclusion SSX1 is highly expressed in OV patients,and its high expression was a independent prognostic factor.The expression of SSX1 was related with the infiltration of immune cells.
