摘 要:研究大别山五针松细根生物量垂直分布特征与土壤因子的关系以及生物量的季节动态变化和周转速率,揭示细根生物量随土层变化和季节变化所产生的规律。以安徽省岳西县妙道山林场的大别山五针松(Pinus dabeshanensis)人工林、半天然林、天然林为研究对象,测定土壤因子与生物量的关系,比较不同土层及不同季节细根生物量的变化情况,测定不同生境大别山五针松周转速率。结果表明,大别山五针松人工林、半天然林和天然林中细根生物量随土层增大而减小。不同土层中的有机碳(C)、全氮(N)、全磷(P)含量随土层增加而减少,三种不同生境的大别山五针松细根生物量与土壤C含量相关系数分别为0.738、0813、0.673,均为显著正相关关系;半天然林的细根生物量与土壤N含量存在显著相关性,相关系数为0.752。人工林在夏季活细根生物量达到峰值,最大值为180.38 g·m^(-2);半天然林和天然林在秋季活细根生物量达到最大值,最大值分别为126.69、142.86 g·m^(-2);大别山五针松在三种不同生境下的周转速率分别为0.69、0.62、0.64次·a^(-1)。该研究结果表明不同生境的大别山五针松细根主要分布于浅土层内,随着土层的加深细根生物量减少,同时细根生物量受温度的影响,存在夏秋两季的活细根生物量最大,冬季最小的季节变化趋势。The relationship between the vertical distribution characteristics of fine root biomass and soil factors and the seasonal dynamic change and turnover rate of Pinus dabeshanensis,and the law of fine root biomass with soil layer and seasonal changes was revealed.Taking Pinus dabeshanensis plantations,semi-natural forests and natural forests in Miaodao Forest Farm,Yuexi County,Anhui Province as the research objects,the relationship between soil factors and biomass was determined,and the differences were compared.The soil layer and the change of fine root biomass in different seasons were used to calculate the turnover rate of fine roots.The results showed that the fine root biomass decreased with the soil layer increasing in the artificial,semi-natural and natural forests of Pinus dabeshanensis.The contents of organic carbon(C),total nitrogen(N)and total phosphorus(P)in different soil layers decreased with the increase of soil layers.The correlation coefficient between the biomass of fine roots of Pinus dabeshanensis and soil C content in three different habitats was as follows:0.738,0.813,and 0.673,all of which were significant positive correlations;there was a significant correlation between fine root biomass and soil N content in semi-natural forests,with a correlation coefficient of 0.752.The biomass of living fine roots in artificial forests reached the peak in summer,with a maximum value of 180.38 g m;the biomass of living fine roots in semi-natural forests and natural forests reached the maximum in autumn,with maximum values of 126.69 and 142.86 g m^(-2).The turnover rates of P.quinquefolius in Pinus dabeshanensis in three different habitats were 0.69,0.62,and 0.64 times a^(-1),respectively.The results showed that fine root biomass of Pinus dabeshanensis in different habitats mainly distributed in the shallow soil layer,and decreased with the deepening of the soil layer.Meanwhile,fine root biomass was affected by temperature,and the living fine root biomass was the largest in summer and autumn,and the minimum
