小陷胸汤联合葛根芩连汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究小陷胸汤联合葛根芩连汤加减治疗运用于2型糖尿病患者中的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月临沂市兰山区人民医院接诊的90例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为西药组(45例,西药治疗)和中药组(45例,小陷胸汤联合葛根芩连汤加减治疗)。比较两组血糖、不良反应、中医症候积分、胰岛素情况。结果治疗后,中药组血糖水平低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组不良反应发生率低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组心烦口苦、口干口渴、脘腹胀满、大便干结评分低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组胰岛素分泌指数高于西药组,胰岛素抵抗指数低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者的治疗,小陷胸汤联合葛根芩连汤加减治疗效果佳,可以改善症状,降低血糖,改善胰岛素指标,适用于2型糖尿病的治疗。Objective To study the effect of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Gegenqinlian Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into western medicine group(45 cases,western medicine treatment)and traditional Chinese medicine group(45 cases,Xiaobaoxi-ang Decoction combined with Gegenqinlian decoction)by random number table method.blood glucose,adverse reac-tions,TCM symptom score and insulin status were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Chinese medicine group was lower than that in western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upset and bitter mouth,dry mouth and thirst,abdominal distention and dry stool in Chinese medicine group were lower than those in western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin secretion index in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group,and the insulin resistance index was lower than that in the western medicine group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes,Xiaogangbei Decoction com-bined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction has a good therapeutic effect,which can improve symptoms,reduce blood sugar and improve insulin indicators,and is suitable for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
