摘　　要：目的分析前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床价值。方法选取2022年1—8月张掖市中医医院收治的100例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各50例。两组分别以常规方案治疗、前列地尔联合贝那普利方案治疗,评估两组的实际疗效。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组蛋白尿指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组蛋白尿指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项目分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合贝那普利,用于糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的治疗,可以取得较为理想的疗效,具体表现为患者尿蛋白水平降低,治疗有效率高,不良反应少,患者生活质量提升。Objective To analyze the clinical value of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria admitted to Zhangye Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional regimen and alprostadil combined with benazepril regimen,respectively.The actual efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in proteinuria index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of proteinuria in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of each item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with benazepril,used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria,can achieve a more satisfactory efficacy,which is specifically reflected in the reduction of patients'urinary protein level,high therapeutic efficiency,less adverse reactions,and improvement of patients'quality of life.
