摘　　要：目的分析围术期护理对老年糖尿病患者超声乳化白内障手术的影响。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月临沂市人民医院收治的98例有超声乳化白内障手术需求的老年糖尿病患者为研究对象。用双盲法分为一般组、实践组,各有49例,一般组行常规围术期护理,实践组行综合围术期护理。比较两组患者不良情绪、血糖水平、并发症及生活质量。结果护理后,实践组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,实践组血糖水平低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实践组并发症发生率为4.08%,低于一般组的20.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实践组生活质量高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合围术期护理可以降低并发症发生率,降低血糖水平,调节患者情绪,提升超声乳化白内障手术后的生活质量,满足老年糖尿病患者的手术需求。Objective To analyze the influence of perioperative nursing on ultrasonic emulsification cataract surgery in elderly diabetic patients.Methods 98 cases of elderly diabetic patients admitted to Linyi People's Hospital with the need for ultrasonic emulsification cataract surgery from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into general group and practice group with 49 cases each by double-blind method.The general group performed routine perioperative care and the practice group performed comprehensive perioperative care.Bad mood,blood glucose level,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores of the practice group were lower than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of the practice group was lower than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the practice group was 4.08%,which was lower than 20.41%of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the practice group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative care reduces complication rates,lowers blood glucose levels,regulates patient mood,improves quality of life after ultrasonic emulsification cataract surgery,and meets the surgical needs of older patients with diabetes.
