玉屏风颗粒治疗中-重度持续性变应性鼻炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评估屏风颗粒治疗中-重度持续性变应性鼻炎疗效。方法选取2022年6—12月中国人民解放军总医院收治的130例变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例,对照组给予糠酸莫米松水性喷鼻剂,观察组给予玉屏风颗粒,对比两组复发率、总鼻部症状评分(Total Nasal Symptom Scores,TNSS)、TNSS持续时间评分、不良反应发生率以及白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)水平。结果观察组患者AR复发率为6.15%,明显低于对照组的18.46%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.561,P<0.05)。观察组TNSS及TNSS持续时间评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组IL-6和IgE水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒可通过调节免疫功能、减少炎症显著改善中-重度持续性变应性鼻炎鼻塞症状和生活质量,促使患者获得更加稳定而持久的症状控制期。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis.Methods 130 patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)admitted to the Fifth Medical Center of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital from June to December 2022 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 65 patients in each group.The control group was given mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray,and the observation group was given Yupingfeng granules.The recurrence rate,Total Nasal Symptom Score(TNSS),TNSS duration scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and interleukin-6(IL-6)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The AR recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 6.15%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,which was 18.46%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.561,P<0.05).TNSS and TNSS duration scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6 and IgE of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granules can significantly improve the symptoms of nasal congestion and quality of life in moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis by regulating immune function and reducing inflammation,and contribute to a more stable and durable symptom control period.
