针刺配合推拿按摩治疗肩周炎对其预后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对肩周炎患者选择针刺+推拿按摩方法完成治疗后对其预后恢复产生的影响。方法随机选取2020年2月—2022年5月扬州友好医院收治的60例肩周炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。参照组予以推拿按摩治疗;研究组予以针灸+推拿按摩治疗;比较两组肩周炎患者的治疗结果。结果研究组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05);治疗前,两组肩关节功能评分(Constant-Murley Score,CMS)以及疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CMS评分高于参照组,VAS评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分、物质生活评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分、物质生活评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者合理选择针刺+推拿按摩治疗,可显著提升疗效,改善肩关节功能,缓解疼痛,有效提升生活质量,进一步促进肩周炎患者的良好预后。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture+massage on the prognosis of patients with shoulder periarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to Yangzhou Friendship Hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was given massage treatment;the study group gave acupuncture+massage treatment.The treatment results of two groups of patients with periarthritis of shoulder were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Constant-Murley Score(CMS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CMS score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in physical function score,psychological function score,social function score and material life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the physical function score,psychological function score,social function score and material life score in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable selection of acupuncture and massage therapy for patients with periarthritis of shoulder can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the function of shoulder joint,relieve pain,effectively improve the quality of life,and further promote the good prognosis of patients with periarthritis of shoulder.
