小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨硬核白内障患者采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月泰兴市第二人民医院收治86例硬核白内障患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=43)予常规超声乳化白内障手术,观察组(n=43)予以小切口非超声乳化白内障手术,比较两组手术效果。结果术前、术后1个月两组视力水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1 d、术后1周时,观察组视力水平分别为(0.52±0.14)、(0.67±0.19)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.420、4.334,P<0.05)。术前、术后1 d、术后1周时两组患者角膜散光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者术后1 d与1周时角膜散光度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症率为4.65%低于对照组的20.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对硬核白内障患者采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的效果确切,可利于患者视力的快速恢复,并可改善角膜散光度,降低并发症率。Objective To investigate the effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery on patients with sclerotic cataract.Methods A total of 86 patients with sclerotic cataract were selected in Taixing Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group(n=43)received conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery,and the observation group(n=43)received small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.The results of operation were compared of two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before surgery and one month after surgery(P>0.05).The visual acuity level of the observation group was(0.52±0.14)and(0.67±0.19)at 1 day and 1 week after surgery,which were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.420,4.334,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in corneal astigmatism between the two groups before surgery,1 day after surgery and 1 week after surgery(P>0.05),and the observation group were lower than the control group 1 day and 1 week after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 20.93%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery on patients with sclerotic cataract is accurate,which can benefit the rapid recovery of patients'vision,improve corneal titration and reduce the complication rate.
