经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合钬激光碎石术对老年前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合钬激光碎石术对老年前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者的疗效。方法选取2020年3月—2023年5月盐城市大丰人民医院泌尿外科收治的81例前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组40例和研究组41例。对照组采取钬激光碎石术,研究组在对照组基础上行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术。对比两组手术基本情况、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果研究组术中与术后出血量少于对照组,术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺等离子电切术联合钬激光碎石术能够改善手术指标,提高治疗效果,并且安全性较高。Objective To study the efficacy of transurethral prostate plasma electrodessication combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones.Methods 81 patients with prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones admitted to Yancheng Dafeng People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the study group(41 cases)using the randomized numerical table method.Holmium laser lithotripsy was adopted in the control group,and transurethral prostate plasma electrodessication was performed in the study group on the basis of the control group.Comparison and observation of the basic surgical conditions,complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The intraoperative and postoperative bleeding in the study group were less than that in the control group,and the postoperative bladder flushing time,indwelling catheter time,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the research group was 97.56%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral prostate plasma electrodessication combined with holmium laser lithotripsy can improve the surgical indexes,increase the therapeutic effect,and have higher safety.
