聚桂醇硬化剂加激光治疗对婴幼儿混合型血管瘤患儿疗效与预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探究聚桂醇硬化剂加激光治疗对婴幼儿混合型血管瘤患儿的疗效及预后的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年7月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的86例混合型血管瘤婴幼儿为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=43)、观察组(n=43),分别应用激光治疗、激光治疗联合聚桂醇硬化剂治疗,随访6个月,比较两组患儿治疗效果、病灶直径变化及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的86.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.888,P<0.05)。治疗1、3、6个月时观察组病灶直径水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组即刻不良反应发生率、远期不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在婴幼儿混合型血管瘤患儿治疗中,应用聚桂醇硬化剂加激光治疗,可提升治疗效果,提升病灶清除效果,且未增加不良反应发生率,效果理想。Objective To investigate the effect of polidocanol sclerotherapy plus laser therapy on the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of infant and children with mixed hemangiomas.Methods 86 infants and children with mixed hemangiomas were selected as the study objects from Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to July 2021,and were divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=43)by randomized numerical table method,and were treated with laser therapy and laser therapy combined with polidocanol sclerotherapy,respectively.Follow-up 6 months,compared the two groups of children treatment effect,lesion diameter changes and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 86.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.888,P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the lesion diameter in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of immediate adverse reactions and long-term adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of infants and children with mixed hemangiomas,the application of polidocanol sclerotherapy plus laser therapy can enhance the therapeutic effect,enhance the effect of lesion removal,and did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,the effect is ideal.
