摘  要:血流限制训练是近年来兴起的一种新型运动训练方法,在老年人相关疾病中应用广泛,具有增强肌力、改善肌肉功能、影响骨代谢的作用,但尚未有较多文献阐述其影响骨代谢的可能机制。本文从血流限制训练产生的机械应力刺激、血管阻塞髓内压增加、组织缺氧、调控激素水平、改善肌肉功能等阐述其对骨代谢的影响,为其在临床治疗骨代谢相关疾病提供依据。Blood flow restriction training is a new type of exercise training method emerging in recent years,which is widely used in related diseases of the elderly,and can enhance muscle strength,improve muscle function and affect bone metabolism.However,there are not many literatures describing the possible mechanism of its influence on bone metabolism.In this paper,the effects of blood flow restriction training on bone metabolism were discussed from the aspects of mechanical stress stimulation,intramedullary vascular obstruction,tissue hypoxia,regulation of hormone levels,and improvement of muscle function,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment of bone metabolism related diseases.
