摘 要:局部放电现象是电气设备绝缘材料劣化的主要表现形式,研究如何有效地检测局部放电信号以减少电力设备绝缘击穿事故的发生,对电力设备的安全运行具有重要意义。本文针对现有外置式局部放电传感器应用于上海思源气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)盆式绝缘子存在的问题,研制一种新型天线连接器(AC)型局部放电特高频传感器,并给出其结构设计。实验结果表明,本文设计的传感器的监测带宽、灵敏度等性能优良,能够有效提高局部放电检测的灵敏度,与常规外置式局部放电传感器相比,其检测强度提升了约30dB。Partial discharge phenomenon is the main manifestation of the deterioration of the insulating material of electrical equipment.How to effectively detect the partial discharge signal,so as to reduce the occurrence of electric insulating equipment breakdown accidents,is of great significance for the safe operation of power equipment.In this paper,a novel antenna connector(AC)-type partial discharge ultra-high frequency(UHF)sensor is developed for the existing external partial discharge sensor applied on Shanghai Siyuan gas insulated switchgear(GIS)basin insulators,and the structural design of the sensor is introduced.The experimental results show that the sensor designed in this paper has excellent performance in monitoring bandwidth and sensitivity,which can effectively improve the sensitivity of partial discharge monitoring and enhance the detection intensity by about 30dB compared with the conventional external local discharge sensor.
