摘　　要：In this article,we try to reflect about the termination of pregnancy which is not punishable by the women’s choice.On the one hand,we do it based on existing law;on the other,we take account of comparative law and other subjects.In the end,we draw the same conclusion we did a few years ago that voluntary termination of pregnancy(VTP)by choice of women should be reviewed,not in the sense that certain people would like,but reaffirming the need to introduce a social indication in Article 142,Number 1 Paragraph(e)of the Portuguese Penal Code as we had previously done.
