摘  要:针对8 m弧半径小方坯铸机拉速低不能满足生产要求的问题,分析了影响铸机提速的主要原因,采取了增加结晶器长度,更新结晶器供水泵,更新二冷水嘴,增大二冷管径以及优化系统温度等措施,铸机拉速由2.8 m/min提高到3.5 m/min,铸坯质量合格率达到99.95%,实现了小方坯铸机高速稳定生产。With regard to the problem that the low speed of the billet caster with 8 meter-arc-radius could not meet the production requirements,the key factors for influencing to improve the caster speed were analyzed.After that,such measures as increasing the length of a mould,updating the water supply pump to the mould and the water nozzles in secondary cooling zone,expanding the diameter of tubes used in secondary cooling zone and optimizing the system temperature were taken,the casting speed of the billet caster increased to 3.5 m/min from 2.8 m/min,and the billet quality pass percent was up to 99.95%,and thus stable production by the billet caster at high speed was realized.
