摘 要:针对生产st13镀锌用冷轧板边部表面色差缺陷问题,对热轧板和酸洗板表面粗糙度进行了检测分析,结果表明,热轧板边部与中间部位的表面粗糙度差异大是边部表面产生色差的主要原因。结合热轧板横断面的铁皮厚度,分析了钢板表面粗糙度差异大的原因。根据实际生产情况,调整冷轧末机架轧机负荷和优化板形,改善钢板表面的色差缺陷,通过合理匹配热轧卷取温度和层流冷却模式,解决了st13钢板表面的边部色差问题。In response to the problem that the defect of color difference occurred on the edge surface of cold rolled sheets used for producing the st13 galvanized sheets,the surface roughness in terms of hot rolled sheets and pickled sheets was tested and analyzed.The analyzied results showed that the large difference in surface roughness at the edge and in the center of hot rolled sheets was the main cause leading to the color difference on the edge surface.Based on the thickness of the iron sheet at the cross-section of hot rolled sheets,the causes leading to the large difference in surface roughness of steel sheets were analyzed.After that,according to the actual production situation,these measures such as adjusting the mill load of the final mill stand during cold rolling and optimizing the shape of steel sheets for improving the color difference occurred on the surface of the steel sheets as well as reasonably matching the coiling temperature in hot rolling and laminar cooling mode were taken,the problem in terms of the color difference occurred on the edge surface of the st13 steel sheets was solved.
